Refund Policy

At Elden Drops, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are unable to connect with us in-game, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

To request a full refund please use contact us at support@eldendrops.com. We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund application, to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved we will process your refund as soon as possible. We will refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is deemed to be fraudulent or if it violates our terms of service.
